Worst Water Heater. This is the worst Tankless water heater, I may not get any hot water during a shower. There can be a huge problem. The way the heater works is pretty simple and self explanatory and I really enjoy having one, but there is one problem you will want to be aware of before you buy the unit. Bosch 2400ES NG Expensive and Unreliable. This unit was cheap to buy, terrifically expensive to install and has never operated reliably. Some Getting Used To... I wanted to write an honest review of this product since I couldn't find much online about on-demand hot water heaters. Excellent product, great savings. In general I agree with Peter Vaughn's review. Some getting used to. My old hot water heater busted about 6 weeks ago. WISH THERE WAS A NO-STARS OR ZERO-STARS OPTION! Sheesh. Watts the point? 6 months ago this unit cost was aboput $600. Really Cuts the Gas Bill. My gas bill dropped by about 60% after I installed this unit. Save your money. I bought and received the Bosch Aquastar 2400 (Natural Gas) from Amazon.
Pray you don't get a defect. I would generally agree with Peter J. Bosch tankless water heater. I had a bosch water heater for about 1 year and the temp sensor started failing.
